I make these out of carbon fiber cue shaft blanks that are made in China. When i make them into a complete shaft, they are filled with a two part polyurethane foam similar to big name brands.

Diameter: 11.8mm or 12.4mm pro tapered approximately 12-14. Standard 29 (very hard to do anything larger with this batch). Tip choices: Ultra Skin (hard, medium, soft, very soft or pro) and Elk Master. Yes this is all I have or offer. I will gladly sell you a shaft without a tip and you can put whatever you want on it.

Joint diameter: 0.830-0.845. PLEASE MEASURE YOUR JOINT COLLAR DIAMETER WITH CALIPERS AND SEND ME THE DIAMETER IN YOUR ORDER! I can do 3/8-8, 3/8-10, 3/8-14, 3/8-11, Radial, 5/16-18, 5/16-14, Bludworth, Viking QR, Mezz United, Pechaur Speed Joint and of course, Uniloc QR (message me your specified type).
