Mcdermott Pool Cue Very Rare 1976 Straight B-12 Custom 56 MOP Leather SS Joint

  
B-12 Rare Highly collectible McDermott Pool Cue. The shaft has slight movement, nothing out of the ordinary. Very much a straight cue. I recently double checked it.

Very little signs of use. The original tip fell off when first testing the cue. This is a custom ordered B-12. Shaft and butt handle are old growth Hard Rock Maple.

The shaft is slightly shorter than 28" The butt is slightly longer than 28". Works just fine for pool but feels very different than a regular cue. The forearm is from a B-15 which has an extra Rosewood veneer on the points. The tip is 14.5mm, LePro.

LePro is top of the line tip. The weight bolt head is brittle and not able to get out easily.

Forearm and sleeve are Brazilian Rosewood. The points are Walnut with maple/rosewood/rosewood/maple veneers.

MOP notched diamond inlays x4. Ivry rings and inlays with 6 maple circle inlays on the sleeve. Cowhide Leather wrap feels brand new. Joint collar rings are inlaid rosewood and ivry.
